16th Amendment Never legally Ratified!

As the documentation outlined in the two volume book, "The Law That Never Was," by Bill Benson, shows, and which fact is now (2006) before the court per UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. WILLIAM J. BENSON, CASE NO. 04C 7403, the the 16 Amendment was never legally ratified.

"If you... examined the[16th Amendment] carefully, you will find that a sufficient number of states never ratified that amendment." U.S. District Court Judge James C. Fox, 2003.

This fact was also proven in the case, People v. Boxer California Supreme Court, 1992.

It is my firm belief that the 16^th Amendment was NOT legally ratified, based on this evidence, and this also contributes to the overwhelming evidence against the fraudulent implementation of "income" tax collection, which is based, wrongfully and under the color of law, largely on this Amendment alone.
